Sehat Ka Pahiya
The Brief: Showcase the success stories of Ayushman Bharat.
Our Take: Why make another documentary? Instead, we turned it into a travelogue—following a biker across India, meeting beneficiaries and hearing their stories, chatting with everyone from sattu sellers, fruit vendor to ASHA didis, and striking up conversations at chai tapris.
The Result: Real success stories, told through real people—with the colours, conversations and cultural nuances of India along the way
UnWoman/Sanwri

The Idea: What happens when society’s rigid ideas of gender, marriage and honour collide with something as human as love?
The Story: Set in rural Rajasthan, UnWoman / Sanwri follows Bhanwar, a simple village man persuaded by his uncle to buy a bride. Instead, a human trafficker delivers Sanwri—a transgender person. What begins as a forced arrangement slowly evolves into an unexpected emotional bond.
The Impact: Through their relationship, the film confronts bride trafficking, patriarchy and prejudice, while holding up a mirror to society’s contradictions around gender and acceptance.
The Result: A deeply human love story that earned official selections and awards at several film festivals, while provoking conversations among audiences. Now isn’t that what films are meant to do—leave you thinking long after the credits roll?

WHEN SANITATION BECOMES A SURVIVAL SKILL
The Brief: Communicate essential information about garbage management and sanitation during floods—when clean surroundings become difficult, but staying healthy becomes critical.
Our Take: The subject was important. The usual documentary treatment? Not so much. We created a fictional docu-narrative led by four memorable mascots—Nirmal Tau, Nirmala Tai and two young kids—who turned a serious public-health message into an engaging story.
Through their everyday interactions, the film simplified what to do with garbage, how to maintain hygiene and how to stay safe when flooding disrupts normal sanitation.
The Result: A potentially dry subject made human, relatable and easy to remember—because when the message is about survival, it shouldn’t feel like homework.
